Baby Jesus & Mary’s Donkey

All hand felted by my sweet Mama, this trio set (baby Jesus, Mary’s donkey and fabric star) all mark the essence of Christmas.
The softness of the wool mirrors the vulnerability of baby Jesus. The star is made with patchwork pieces and represents the guiding light that lead the wisemen.
The donkey, often a silent witness in the nativity story, represents the humble journey and the quiet strength that sustains us through life’s challenges. Together, these figures stand as a reminder of a divine presence even if they appear in the most unexpected places.  

The donkey stands on his own and the star measures roughly 7x7.
